Trip Overview This trip is organized and hosted by CLJ Travel, LLC (“CLJ Travel”). Participation includes pre-arranged lodging, selected meals, group activities, and coordination by CLJ Travel staff. Trip Dates April 14 - 19, 2026 Acknowledgement of Risk By signing below, I acknowledge and accept that participation in travel and recreational activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, transportation delays, physical exertion, illness, injury, property damage, and exposure to unpredictable weather conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this trip and agree not to hold CLJ Travel, its officers, employees, representatives, or Meg Mukri personally liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from my participation. Cancellation & Refund Policy • If I need to cancel, I am responsible for finding a replacement to take my spot. • This replacement option is only valid 21 days before the trip start date. • 21 days before trip start date, all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of reason (including illness, emergencies, or change of plans). • I understand that CLJ Travel does not provide refunds under any circumstance after the final deadline and strongly encourages travel insurance. Behavior & Expectations I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, cooperative manner throughout the trip. CLJ Travel reserves the right to remove any participant from the group for behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to others. Medical Disclosure I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this trip. I will disclose any medical conditions or concerns via the separate Emergency & Medical Info Form provided by CLJ Travel. I release CLJ Travel from responsibility for any complications arising from undisclosed health issues. Binding Agreement This waiver is binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. It shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
