Why Glacier?
I’ll never forget watching the sunset by Logan Pass… Off to the side was a herd of Big Horn Sheep grazing peacefully while the sun turned ember across the peaks with glaciers. I felt so small in that moment and thought ‘this is where people should come if they need a reset from the world’. So this is your invitation:
Come escape the hustle with me. Nights under the “Big Sky” in our (luxury) safari tents, perhaps after smores around the fire. Hikes above the clouds with mountain goats and wildflowers, a gourmet riverside barbecue after we raft the Flathead river (it’ll be my first time!), and moments to reset together out in nature.
I’ll admit, this trip is a little more on the adventure side, so if that is you, come join me this Summer!

Day One: Arrive in Kalispell, MT
Day Two: Scenic Boat Tour & Hike under Glaciers

Arrive and hop in the van with Meg! Dinner together as a group and get a good night sleep in our safari tents. Smores available every night!
After breakfast, we head east for the Many Glacier area of the park. We’ll board our boats across two lakes and hike to Grinnell Lake.
After a slow morning in Whitefish (coffee and cute shops), we raft down the Flathead River (Class II-III rapids) following by a riverside cookout.
Depending on how we feel, we either relax at Lake McDonald and go on a sunset hike or vice versa. Think clear lake swimming and boardwalk in the clouds hiking.
We become besties and promise to cheer each other on for life!

Rooms are shared with one other guest—but don’t let that make you nervous!
I’m not just planning this trip—I’m going too. That means I genuinely care about every woman who joins us and the energy she brings to the group.

It’s completely up to you, we have your name on a seat but if you wake up that day and need some extra ‘me’ time, we totally get that.

Anyone is welcome to apply if you’re single, married without kids, or a Mom. (Or if you want to bring your Mom, that’s great too!)
This is the most adventurous trip I’ve planned so far. Rafting, Hiking, Sleeping in a canvas Tent, Shared bathrooms. Rugged yet comfortable.

More than 90 days before departure: All payments, including the $500 deposit, are fully refundable.
60–90 days before departure: The $500 deposit becomes nonrefundable. You will receive a 50% refund of all additional payments.
30–59 days before departure: The deposit is nonrefundable. You will receive a 25% refund of all additional payments.
Fewer than 30 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
For a fully paid $2,450 trip:
More than 90 days before departure: $2,450 refund
60–90 days before departure: $975 refund
30–59 days before departure: $487.50 refund
Fewer than 30 days before departure: No refund

The total trip cost is $2,450 per person, paid in three installments:
$500 deposit: Due at booking to reserve your spot
$975 second payment: Due November 18, 2026
$975 final payment: Due January 6, 2027
All payments are fully refundable through January 5, 2027. Beginning January 6, 2027, the $500 deposit becomes nonrefundable and the tiered cancellation policy applies.

Meet Your Host
I created Girls Trip! because I wanted to create a space for women to be able to say YES to an adventure. As a mom of 3, I know that traveling for fun isn’t the easiest thing to give yourself permission to do, but it’s also the thing that we all crave to do.
Travel is a passion both my husband, Colin and I share and it lights up our world to take you on these trips. While I’m the one leading these trips, it’s a team effort to create these one of a kind itineraries from scratch.
If you return from a trip with inside jokes, new text threads, and a fresh bravery to go on more adventures, our job is done.
